The Warranty section is divided into two parts: Violations and Conditions. The Violations section contains a list of all the warranty violations that have taken place. The Conditions section contains a list of all the warranty conditions already set up.

Violations

The Violations section contains a list of all the warranty violations that have taken place over the entire life-time of the warranty conditions.

To access this page, you can click on Warranty in the left panel.

On the page, you can see a list of all warranty violations with key information points like Serial Number of the asset for which the violation has occured, which Condition was violated, the Start Time, the End Time, the Duration of the violation, and the Mean, Minimum and the Maximum value during this violation.

This information can be highly useful to understand why such a warranty violation may have taken place. To look at data around the specific violation, you can click on the #INSERT-INLINE in the Actions column. This takes you to the Visualisation Tool where you can look at the exact moment in time when the violation took place. Further, you can also look at the context under which the violation took place.

In the top-right section of the Warranty list, you have the provision to export the violations list as an Excel file, a CSV, or a "PDF".

Further, on the top-right section, there are three additional buttons: Date Selector, Filters, and Add new condition.

  • The Date Selector allows you to look at a specific time range over which you wish to see the violations. There are some commonly used presets available for ease of access.
  • The Filters allows you to filter the violations by Serial Number or Sensor Name.
  • Add new condition allows you to add a new warranty violation condition.
